As someone who has known Mariano since 2012 and worked for him on several occasions - first as a high school intern, to a law clerk, and then as an Associate Attorney, I can vouch that Mariano’s work ethic is unlike any other I’ve seen before. Aside from his work ethic, my favorite part about working with Mariano is that he is relatable with anyone. His personality is the perfect balance of assertive and approachable. Over the years, I had the opportunity to meet his network of colleagues - all individuals who spoke highly of him because they trust, respect, admire, and value him as a person. (Myself included). Not to mention, Mariano is hilarious. When it comes to trial, you of course want someone who is assertive and can relate to the other side and the judge - but most importantly, you want someone who can relate to a jury and make them laugh - especially in this odd time period we’re all living in.
